Capstone Research
For my master’s capstone, I conducted a quasi-experimental study examining how gender, tenure in current role, and work setting (remote vs. in-person) relate to workplace well-being and perceived stress. I compared these predictors against two validated instruments: the PERMA Workplace Profiler (measuring positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment) and the Perceived Stress Scale.
2024-2025
Student Consultant
I partnered with organizations to address real-world challenges in leadership, team dynamics, and workplace culture. My work combined organizational psychology, neuroscience, and DEI principles to create practical, human-centered solutions. I designed and facilitated workshops, conducted assessments, and developed strategies to improve communication, inclusion, and overall team performance. These projects gave me hands-on experience translating research into actionable plans, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering outcomes that aligned with each organization’s mission and goals.
Undergrad Research
Throughout my time at Florida Southern, I have had the opportunity to participate in research projects that I have had the chance to present at conferences.
